Godwin Hwa

Canadian citizen from Montreal and obtained his Master in Engineering degrees from Cornell Returning to Hong Kong, he received his MBA degreemajored in management science, Mr. Hwa chairs the Governance Committee.

Michael Mcnabb

Michael McNabb is a Director of the Prosser Foundation and serves as Corporate Secretary. His business career has primarily been in Asia, serving as the Managing Partner of Coopers & Lybrand Consulting in China, CEO of Bacardi Martini Asia, CEO of TVSN PTY Ltd. based in Sydney and as a board director for a number of start-up companies across the region. He is a graduate of Stanford University.

OBJECTS


The charity's objects ("Objects") are specifically restricted to the following: The key purpose of the charity is to advance education across, with a focus on vocational and practical education. By offering scholarships and grants, enhancing educational resources, and investing in innovative program development, we strive to ensure that every student has access to the tools and opportunities they need to succeed. Our initiatives also include advocacy for policies that promote vocational education, internships, and work experience programs. Through these efforts, we aim to bridge the gap between education and the needs of employers, preparing students for successful and fulfilling careers. This will be achieved, in particular, but not exclusively by:







  • Financial Support: Fund high schools, colleges, and training centres, focusing on vocational and practical education:

  • Curriculum & Tech Investment: Develop academic and vocational training resources and technology.

  • Work-Based Opportunities: Sponsor apprenticeships, internships, and work-learning for students and graduates.

  • Education Awareness: Promote the value of education in local communities.

  • Collaborative Partnerships: Partner with businesses and organizations to support vocational programs and student work experiences.
  • Career Support: Provide guidance, counselling, and mentorship for students and graduates.

  • Industry Connections: Facilitate mentorship and networking with professionals and employers.

  • Training Improvement: Fund research and projects to enhance academic and vocational methods.

  • Facility Development: Finance construction and upgrades for academic and vocational training spaces.

  • Impact Evaluation: Establish systems to monitor the charity’s educational impact.

  • Policy Advocacy: Collaborate with policy makers to promote comprehensive education pathways.
